"Hit me baby one more time." I'm sure you've heard of this song before Brittany Spears turned crazy. She was a gymnast when she was young. At 8 years old she auditioned for the Disney Channel Series, but the producer of the show introduced her to the New Mickey Mouse Club. She was too young to join the series, but the producer of the show introduced her to a New York City Agent. In 1997 Spears joined an all female pop group and then decided to go solo. She was eventually signed by the Jive records and became an opening act for pop groups 'N Sync and Backstreet Boys.' Spears debut single " Baby One More Time" was released in 1998 and was an international. That was just the beginning of her fame. Now she has two children, went to Rehab, married once for 55 hours, and is always getting caught drinking and driving.

Of course I think Britney Spears is crazy, but I think she wanted attention from everyone so she turned to drugs and also did things to herself like shaving her head. She may have also got caught up in her fame, too. I feel sorry for her two sons having to have a mother like that. I hope none of our good young stars today end up like her.
